Will the cleaning hurt my plants or landscaping?

Plants and beds are soaked with water before and after the wash, and a neutralizing rinse is used to protect them. Delicate plants can be covered. If there's anything you're especially protective of, just point it out.

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as I can reach the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water spigot, you don't need to be there. Just close windows and doors and keep pets inside.

Will pressure washing damage my siding?

House siding is soft washed, which uses low pressure and a cleaning solution rather than high pressure. Higher pressure is saved for concrete and hard surfaces that can handle it.

How long does a job take?

Most driveways take an hour or two. A typical house wash is done in a few hours. Larger homes and multi-surface jobs can take most of a day. You'll get a time estimate with your quote.

Are you insured?

Yes. Hickory Wash Co. carries general liability insurance, and a certificate of insurance is available on request for commercial and property management clients.
